I’m Kelvin Mahoney, a Denver-based small business owner and odoo developer. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

My career began as a business analyst at a global manufacturing firm where I focused on pricing, contracts, and statistical forecasting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I went on to get my MBA at CU Boulder and used that to pivot into a job at Splunk, a big data company with offices in Boulder. There I used my analytical background to build web analytics dashboards, compute optimal digital spend allocations, and generate multi-touch marketing attribution models.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This knack for data infrastructure led me to engineering roles at Guild Education and finally to joining ecommerce analytics startup SourceMedium as the founding\/lead engineer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 2023 my wife and I purchased a Commerce City, CO based food distribution business called McGregor’s Garden. The systems were largely unchanged for 20 years and in desperate need of an overhaul. For example, all orders were taken by phone or email and our existing ERP could not be accessed remotely.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We signed with odoo at the end of 2024 and went live early in 2025. Since then I’ve been able to configure odoo to meet the needs of every aspect of our business – accounting, inventory management, purchasing, sales, warehouse operations, an online storefront, and more – is all centralized in our ERP.
